CM update November 2006

After a disappointing 2006, Andy (Carter Motorsport) is ready for 2007. Its time for a treble of European championships!
Andy was firing off emails (at 5.30 in the morning!) as soon as the news was out.
"We have a full FIA European Championship planned for 2007, new car, new sponsor, new colours, and same professional team. What is certain is the rest better watch out, because we're back!"

We have a load of things to sort now as you can imagine, but we have not been idle since Sweden 2006. The team have been together working on pit drills, getting used to even more pressurised turn arounds and using world class training techniques to be at the top of their game.
For now we have to agree the colour scheme and get the car and trailer liveried. Then its new team uniforms and new merchandise, getting these passed by our sponsors and getting them into manufacture. Then there are the arrangements to get the team around Europe, not to mention a 42 foot lorry with equipment.

So you're probably wondering who is the new sponsor? Well, keep an eye on the website for the official launch announcement; we are going to keep you in suspense on that one!
One thing is certain though, we will be at the Autosport show at Birmingham's NEC in January. Book your tickets now on www.autosport-international.com to see the car and meet the team. We want to see you there.
2007 is going to be a big year for us, remember Andy is the only Brit in Top Fuel, let's see you turn out to show the rest of Motorsport what real fans look like!
