A glorious weekend in June saw the very welcome return of the Xtreme Wheels Show, this time at a new venue... the Haynes International Motor Museum in Somerset. Under sunny skies a good crowd of motor fanatics and curious locals arrived to see the fantastic collection of exhibits assembled which included a variety of drag racing machinery, hot rods, drift cars, rally cars, land speed record cars, monster trucks, tractor pullers and of course the museums stunning collection of vehicles.

The Lucas Oil Top Fuel dragster was to be found in a prominent postion and the crew had a fantastic time talking to newcomers and drag racing fans alike about drag racing. As always we had a full display of Lucas Oil products, long term customers stopped by to stock up on oil and additives and the shows exhibitors loved the Slick Mist Speed Wax product - the fast way to a great shine.

The show had a nice, relaxed atmosphere and the crew also found time to watch some of the action in the live arena, visit the museum and talk to the other exhibitors about their own Xtreme Wheels.

It may have been a long, 7 hour journey for the Lucas Oils rig back to the workshop but it was certainly worth it. A big thankyou to all involved in organising Xtreme Wheels and we certainly hope it will continue into the future.
