AACI All Clubs Rally
Billing Aquadrome 18th - 19th August 2007

The Lucas Oil Top Fuel drag racing team visited Billing for the second time this year as part of our 2007 promotional tour, unfortunately like the first visit the event attracted somewhat less than summery weather!

Thankfully it stayed mainly dry but cloudy during the two day event and the Lucas Oil Top Fuel dragster attracted a lot of interest from American car enthusiasts and the general public alike, many of whom were eager to ask questions and keen to find out just how you make 7000 horsepower.

Many hundreds of hero cards were given out and hundreds of questions answered by members of the 'super crew' on hand during the weekend. Unlike the very busy race meetings this type of event gives us the time to talk to people and explain fully how things work and give a better understanding of the sport. I'm sure, like at other promotional events we have attended, a lot of these people will come to see us race which can only be good for Carter Motorsport , Lucas Oil, our associate sponsors and the sport as a whole.
